The scope of the project included modifying and transforming a hill we were told by all others could not be irrigated and landscaped. Upgrade and replacement of all drains on the property. Removal and complete upgrade to all irrigation on the property including the installation of a rain sensor. Installation of beautiful lawns and landscaping. The project also included hard wire low voltage lighting throughout the landscaping. We now have a magazine cover worthy yard which our neighbors stop by to compliment often.
