ABOUT KIT CARLAN
Kit attended the California Maritime Academy, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering and an Officer commission in the US Navy Reserve. He has worked as a Marine Engineer, Stationary Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. He has held positions as Facilities Director, Operations Director, AOAO General Manager and Commander, USN.
He received his real estate license in 2004 and Brokers license in 2018. He has been President of the Board of Directors of two different large condominiums. Kit has extensive knowledge of residential electrical, plumbing and structural systems. He is astute at condo by-laws, declarations, house rules, financials, Roberts Rules of Order.
